Fee: $10 (Singles) $20 (Doubles)
Format: Singles AND Doubles
(Which ever we have more players for will go first)

Average player count: 27+ players!

Best of 3 matches Sets. Finals Best of 5.
1. Opponents choose their characters for the first match *
2. Opponents start the stage striking procedure
3. Each player may announce one stage to be banned for counterpicks of the set
4. The first game is played, using the stage chosen during step 2
5. The loser of the previous match announces the next match's stage from either the Starter Stage List or the Counter Stage List
6. The winner of the previous match chooses their character
7. The loser of the previous match chooses their character
8. Repeat steps 5-7 for all proceeding matches
*Double blind character selection may be called for the first match

It's all fancy flat screen plasma TV nonsense. It's not lag like you'd find on WiFi but you will notice constant button delay.

Is there at least one CRT TV or something that has no lag? If not, would someone who lives close be able to bring a lagless TV?

I'm excited cause I've only been to one tournament on Long Island, but I don't see the point in coming if I'm going to lose to lag

No, it's all TV's like I explained in my last post and I don't believe we can bring our own TV's.

Very disappointing . I'm surprised people play competitive smash on TVs with video lag. Nevertheless, I'll still come if and only if my friend still wants to go as he's never been to a brawl tournament

A few of us have the Inifinte Replay codes on our Wii's, I can bring mine to save the replays then have a friend record them afterward. Other then that I'm not sure if anyone has a recording device handy.
