I'll be there with a TV, Wii, and power strip.

And I'd vote for 1v1 Low Tier or 1v1/2v2 Random. Both are pretty fun and legit. If I run a Brawl tourney at Gameware, it'll be ISP.

Just brawl. You're the first person to even ask about melee, so it's not looking too hype

Also, the side event will be low tier singles and low tier doubles. I will try that Waseda doubles thing in the future though lol

Not quite

F: Ike, Sheik/Zelda, Luigi, Sheik, Ness, Yoshi, Pokémon Trainer
G: Lucas, Mario, Bowser, Samus, Captain Falcon
H: Link, Jigglypuff, Zelda, Ganondorf

On this list low tier starts at G instead of F. Its a little funny that ness and yoshi are too strong for a low tier tourney.

No melee this time around, but there will be plenty of brawl to go around :)

And hype for your first tournament! Make sure you introduce yourself to everyone.

Well, even though PT isn't on the "low tier" for this tourny, it's ok. My PT sucks balls in teams. HOWEVER, Link and Zelda are in low tier, and I like to think I can handle them quite well, especially Link. :smirk:

My Mario is terrible now

PM Flameleon for the best advice. I was actually considering going Falcon for this low tier tournament.

I know how to play on gimicky stages but to me it feels half the time that its not the stage its the character on the stage like for a good gaw both those stages are like a free win practising can make it better sure but why should I have to practise when all the the gay and watch has to do is spam smashes. Still Ps2 is more broken then both of those stages is it even in unity lol? Jungle Japes and ps2 are usually banned before rc and brin

When I witness first-hand that the stages are really broken, I'll take them off. Until then, I'm giving them a shot.

I can see PS2 forcing you to adapt, but I can't see it being broken.

How are you going to be able to insure that brawl singles will be completed before the venue closes, if it starts at 7.

No pools and venue closes at midnight on Saturday. We should be done well before then though.

Yeah, IDK what to expect, so expect me to run each event as fast as possible

9 hours for 4 events, we should be fine. I wish more TVs were being brought, but we can make due with if necessary.

I'll change arrival time to 2:30 - 2:40 so we can start exactly at 3. I don't think we'll have time problems, but I'd rather avoid being there until midight.

Brawl can be really slow, but I don't see Doubles matches taking too long.

If I can make this, I'll bring a full setup.

And low tier swag.

If one of us doesn't win low tier singles imma be pissed. Team up?

BSP I can bring my two lil baby TVs. Might have to squint your eyes a lil but they're good enough for at least 1v1s or casuals. I only have one wii though.

Hey I was wondering if I can borrow a gamecube controler from anyone for this weekend mines glitching up and not very reliable. I went to like 3 gamestops and none of them have one. Imma try to order one online but I don't think it'll come in time
