It'd be great to see another Kirby rep, plus the Return to Dream Land crew will be complete! If there's another Kirby character I think would make for another good rep, imo it's Prince Fluff (who'd have Yarn Kirby as an alt skin). Epic Yarn has no form of representation whatsoever in Smash while all the other Kirby games have some sort of rep through music or something else, which bums me out. I know Epic Yarn is kinda divisive among Kirby fans but I personally thought it was a fantastic game.

I liked Epic Yarn very much, don't get me wrong... I just don't think it's a great KIRBY game. It's one of those 'reskinned' games I wish Nintendo would have left as it was. Actually, if they had done that, then Prince Fluff's chances probably would be much higher, as he would've been repping a new franchise... Oh well, opportunity missed...

I do very much agree that Epic Yarn should've at least gotten some representation. At least a song or something... again, kind of a missed opportunity.

I'm getting way off topic, though. Maybe I should've thrown in a dee pun or two...

I liked Epic Yarn too, but it was too easy, as you can't die in the game. Luckily they didn't do the same mistake in Yoshi's Woolly World (which is also easy, except if you try to collect everything).

Y'know, if Bandana Dee does get in, what if we got a stage from Return to Dream Land along with him? A Cookie Country stage with RtDL and some Triple Deluxe music would highly please my ears.

C-R-O-W-N-E-D's absence has always been one of my main gripes with the soundtrack (Along with the butchering of 02's theme) so a stage where it would probably appear would make me happy.

A slower, more powerful King Dedede with some rather different attributes!

• Instead of Gordos, he throws giant expired pills that temporarily stun opponents at high damages. He occasionally throws Waddle Dees and Doos that wear Doctor hats!
• Has only three jumps, and his Super Dedede Jump has no super armor. However, when it hits people onstage it send them at a semi-spike angle.
• His inhale is as fast as Kirby's.
• Forward smash is much slower compared to Dedede's, coming out on frame 69. It can kill most people onstage at 5% when fully charged.
• His Jet Hammer does a short dash forward, but it takes longer to fully charged than Dedede's. It grants him super armor when it is charged.
• Is actually heavier than Dedede, being heavier than DK but not as heavy as Bowser. He has a significantly better airspeed than D3 oddly.
• Dr. Dedede has Dedede's Brawl back air, forward air and down air.
• He jumps and dashes slower than Dedede.

What if the Kirby's series never existed?

We certainly wouldn't get Smash Bros. and I don't think Sakurai would become a developer.

I feel so loved.

If there's another Kirby character I think would make for another good rep, imo it's Prince Fluff (who'd have Yarn Kirby as an alt skin). Epic Yarn has no form of representation whatsoever in Smash while all the other Kirby games have some sort of rep through music or something else, which bums me out. I know Epic Yarn is kinda divisive among Kirby fans but I personally thought it was a fantastic game.

To be honest, while I have played Kirby games before Epic Yarn (like Kirby Triple Deluxe and Kirby 64, both games that I love), Epic Yarn was honestly the game that made me a fan of Kirby.
I loved the level design, music, and graphics. It didn't play like a traditional Kirby game, but it was still very fun in its own right. Its easy difficulty also made the game relaxing to play as well and thus doesn't detract from the game in my opinion.
I was pretty disappointed when Epic Yarn didn't get any content.

I really liked the cutscenes and dialogue as well, and the narrator for the PAL version is top-tier. Felt like watching Thomas the Tank Engine: Kirby Edition.

It baffles me how the game has no rep. It's the best reviewed Kirby game to date, and it sold very well. It even did better than Return to Dream Land sales-wise.
