I'm glad you liked it! I'm doing the best I can to make sure BWD can stand his own ground, even against titans like Isaac and K. Rool. He's not a main protagonist or a villain, so we've got to do everything we can to weaponize his strong-points!@God Robert's Cousin - Really enjoyed reading this one, as ever. It's a lot easier to imagine how BWD would fit into the overall game with something like this to refer to.
By the way, how did the Jigglypuff-kabobs turn out?

I think that that's something that can be leveraged to make him appealing to people, actually. He's one of the most devoted sidekicks in all gaming!

I don't actually have much of a view on this - the way I see it, we get what we get, and it's all icing on the cake. That said, most guesses I see tend to be around eight. I'd like to see maybe a little more, bringing it up to a nice round ten.

I'm thinking 7, we have 4 DLC chars already, two more pre-ballot, and one last one for the ballot. I hope there is 8-10 but I doubt it will happen that way, even with the insane amount of demand for it, because Nintendo has shown me that they don't actually understand economics well, if at all.

But they said they're using another 3d model as a base, who would fit Isaac? Some of the FE guys' clothes might get in the way

Personally I don't get the reason why people want Rayman.
It's the closest thing to playable Master & Crazy hand that we can get.
As much as I hate any 3rd party character that's not Geno, Silver the Hedgehog would be an amazing character. Then I'll have a reason to go "It's no use!" when I grab people.
I'll never understand why we need another Sonic rep, the whole point of Smash Bros is Nintendo

If they used that as a base and updated it into HD with the different design that 30 years older Isaac had in Dark Dawn, I wouldn't say so.
Megaton Punch would probably be a screen nuke or area-of-effect Final Smash, like Negative Zone or Puff Up.
You've never played Rayman Legends or Origins, have you? Those two games alone proves that he has so much Smash potential. However, this isn't a Rayman thread. It's the Bandana Dee thread.
