It's Kirby Fighters Z. Watch the video and you'll see it. Kracko apparently spews keychains that you've collected all over the screen similar to the Blooper in Mario Kart. But I just couldn't help but notice Bandana Dee. LOL I was so surprised when I saw this. I really hope it comes to other regions!

Reason is they are simple enemy waddle dees from past various games. Those ones only carry parasol or walk around aimlessly. The ONLY other Waddle Dees I know that actually throw spears are the ones featured in Canvas Curse. They just throw the spears at you.

Bandana Waddle Dee on the other hand is specifically a spear user.

Well, there's one particular Waddle Dee who carries a spear... If the grunts carried a spear, it might convince people ever more that BD isn't unique.

Actually, guys, in Kirby Super Star Ultra, Dedede's Waddle Dee defenses all carry spears/ParaSpears(ParasolXSpear)

All the Waddle Dee that defend Dedede in Triple Deluxe (when he's being attacked by Taranza) have spears too actually. I think the Waddle Dee that work for Dedede are spear users but Bandana Waddle Dee is the most talented and also the captain.

As to where he was during that capture... I dunno.... I theorize he decided to go to the bathroom at the wrong time.

Smash literally wouldn't exist without the work HALs done on the Kirby games and without that team and Sakurai. They literally looked as their work on KSS and Sakurai was like... man we gave Kirby a health bar and moves, and now his platformer games actually kind of play more like an action game or fighter to an extent... imagine if we ACTUALLY made a fighting game. We could make a Kirby fighter but wouldn't it be BADASS if we made a NINTENDO FIGHTER.

Not to mention KSS influences here and there like shield in Melee being Mirror Shield, Master Hand being Wham Bam, etc.

I mean I can sit here and say "WELL WITHOUT PONG AND PAC MAN WE WOULDN'T EVEN HAVE VIDEO GAMES AND THUS XENOBLADE" and take this all all new ridiculous heights but you're missing my point that the Kirby franchise deserves more love for it's influences and general awesome games and impact than it does.

First whats unique on kirby is his philosophy, not his design or elements (the only completely original feature in kirby is the ability to fly and copy abilities). Kirby was conceived as a game for new gamers, somewhere to learn how to play games and have a good time messing around (unlike mario who was about calculated jumps and be good at it).

That same philosophy was ported to smash, a desire to reach new gamers who dont want to lose time learning weird combos but actually fighting; so, kirby as a fighter? in a way it is, but im sure you are talking about mechanics other than anything :T so, no.

Didnt miss your point, kirby is even more important and revolutionary than smash in my opinion (and thats a lot), but not because it inspire a giant hand boss... and the question goes to you, why are you hatin?

Bandana Dee is growing. He's in a upcoming Kirby game yet again where as Shulk has not yet been seen in Xenoblade Chronicles X. He no longer plays the role of representative for the series. Instead an avatar designed by the player will take his place. I'd still like to see him show up but you can't possibly be in here knocking Bandana Dee's chances and pegging him as irrelevant when Shulk is not even returning as the main character in Xenoblade Chronicles X.

YEAH I feel like it's a real missed opportunity with the hammer power but I have to say I LOVE beam alternate and Beetle Alternate. They both reference awesome stuff. Omg they are awesome :D
