yes it does, he might surprise us with him or Diddy at e3, if not in an update just like he surprised us with Zelda

No it's not, I believe it's one of those item that might come useful in a certain situation useful, yeah i know it will be turned off, but during tourneys and as you not liking it that's your opinion but it's a great item that I sure won't be turning off

Well i think it is.
Just think of a FFA fight with items (good players wont be playing 1on1 with items).
In SSBM we had this Mine (**** i lack so much english words ><) that you didnt really see if you didnt see someone planting it. But now this Banana Peel seems more visible so someone that's taking a bit care of the environment wont fall over it.

You can still use it to ownt computers tho..
