Olimar seeks to defensively maximize both damage and KO power with incredibly high priority attacks and grabs.
Olimar has trouble against characters who can juggle him and gimp his terrible recovery.

+Recovery is REALLY bad.
+ Increase Up-B distance for no Pikmin.
Olimar is a pretty solid character, but everyone knows his recovery is awful. However, some people don't know that Olimar gets a healthy boost from his Up-B when he has no Pikmin. (Better than with only a few!) We will enlarge that obscure advantage, if just to make the circus of Olimar's recovery even more ridiculous. Otherwise, Olimar still damages well, still KOs reliably, and still has incredible disjointed hitboxes just like he always did. Like Toon Link, it's almost enough to make you wonder if one should consider nerfing the guy instead of buffing him.
