B reverse Flame Choke out of dash

Ganon thrives on punishing mistakes and bad approaches, and this is one of the more reliable ways you can land this move, which is pretty much essential for Ganon to land in order to actually land kills "viably". What you do is dash away from the predicted or observed approach, and "pivot grab" them with a B-reversal, which is much faster than stopping your dash and then Flame Choking.

It's like walkaway to Flame Choke, except you do it out of dash, which helps you avoid certain faster approaches better.

This is pretty much a staple strategy for me at this point.

I do that once in a while--Ganon is all about prediction unfortunately. That move also won't work if your opponent knows it is coming.
