SOJ, are the PMBR only allowing setups using the Brawl disc? I USB load my version but I'm bringing it to APEX with me and already have this common5 installed. I'd be grateful if you'd let me know.

AFAIK unless APEX rules say you can't USB load, we'll use it.

How many setups do you need? What about TVs?

afaik they need as many setups as they can get so if you can bring a TV and a Wii + the SD Card + Brawl, you would be helping them.
