I'll be live-blogging, updating with pictures and videos and translating (if needed) as soon as the game come out and then will carry on doing that for at least 5 to 6 hours or until the SmashBoards server goes down, which it probably will!

No...they can just go online and the full roster will be shown to them :|

Not true. What Sakurai meant was that if another player has unlocked a character that you haven't unlocked, you'll see it. You don't just automatically have the entire roster everytime you go online

And I think this is BS. Hong Kong probably doesn't have the game yet. Tomorrow may be a day of leaks, though. There's bound to be at least ONE Japanese store that releases the game a day early.
