just going to suggest this first before it becomes a problem
but if you get two submissions which are the same picture from two different people
how are you going to handle it?
i'm imagining instances on FB where you both have a mutual friend that posts a pic, and you both see it and submit it, rather than randomly stumbling upon the same pic on a forum or something
but i guess that's pretty reasonable too since most images we have are found on reddit or tumbler or w/e
