You know how in Melee's All-Star mode, each character had a specific stage they'd fight on? Well I thought it would be fun to do the same here.

I changed my mind a lot, but here it is.

New Donk City Hall (Ultimate) - Newest game's level for the Mascot. Recency bias!
Mushroom Kingdom (64) - Luigi's been around a while, so he gets a classic stage
Mushroom Kingdom 2 (Melee) - Since it's based off the game where Peach got her floaty ability
Peach's Castle (64) - One of the princesses should have a castle.
Princess Peach's Castle (Melee) - Bowser was actually in this castle in Super Mario 64, so it makes sense
Delfino Plaza (Brawl) - Seems fairly obvious. Sunshine was his big game
Mario Galaxy (Wii U) - Also obvious, Galaxy was hers
Figure-8 Circuit (Brawl) - I didn't wanna give him a moving stage like Mushroomy Kingdom
Gamer (Wii U) - I never cared for WarioWare, Inc
Yoshi's Island (Melee) - Love this stage. It's great for Yoshi. Feels very Super Mario World
Jungle Japes (Melee) - The stage they love to bring back (and I'm totally fine with)
Kongo Falls (Melee) - Diddy Kong is more vertical, so he gets the multi-tiered stage
Kongo Jungle (64) - Classic stage for a long-absent character
Hyrule Castle (64) - Nostalgia took over. I just think Link belongs at Hyrule Castle
Great Bay (Melee) - This was his Melee stage I believe
Pirate Ship (Brawl) - I prefer this to Spirit Train, and those are his two main levels
Temple (Melee) - Link belongs at Hyrule Castle in my mind, and Zelda belongs at Hyrule Temple
Great Plateau Tower (Ultimate) - Someone needs the new stage, and you do use the Sheikah Slate there... best I got
Bridge of Eldin (Brawl) - This really feels like it rounds out the three for me. Ganondorf belongs on the Bridge
Frigate Orpheon (Brawl) - She kinda got this by process of elimination
Brinstar (Melee) - Zebes is gone forever, I guess, so this is her classic stage now
Norfair (Brawl) - This seems like a decent place for a final showdown between two Samuses
Brinstar Depths (Melee) - Kraid and Ridley in the same room. Who wouldn't be terrified? (Is my lack of Metroid knowledge obvious?)
Corneria (Melee) - Like Samus - without Sector Z, this is his classic
Lylat Cruise (Brawl) - Flying through space suits Falco
Venom (Melee) - I don't like this level, but it's the only other Star Fox option
Dreamland (64) - It's his classic stage
Halberd (Brawl) - Duh.
Green Greens (Melee) - I'm holding Fountain of Dreams for later. It's too pretty for him.
Pokemon Stadium (Melee) - Probably my favorite Pokemon stage, so it had to go to Pikachu
Pokemon Stadium 2 (Brawl) - It's kinda fitting that the evolutionary line would get complementary stages
Saffron City (64) - The only other original 12 Pokemon gets the classic
Unova Pokemon League (3DS) - There's a lot of legendaries here
Spear Pillar (Brawl) - Gen 4
Kalos Pokemon League (Wii U) - Gen 6
Prism Tower (3DS) - You get a Kanto starter in Lumiose
Onett (Melee) - Oldest Earthbound stage
New Pork City (Brawl) - Brawl stage for a Brawl newcomer
Big Blue (Melee) - I really enjoy this stage. Also, I tried to avoid the classic-looking stages. I don't care for them much
Summit (Brawl) - Their one representative stage
Castle Siege (Brawl) - The three oldest Fire Emblem Smashers got priority on their stages
Fountain of Dreams (Melee) - Originally Kirby had this, and I left out Dreamland. I believe this was Marth's Melee stage. Could be wrong.
Arena Ferox (3DS) - Same as Marth
Skyloft (Wii U) - Zelda stages seemed like a good fit for Fire Emblem, and people really seemed to want Chrom, so I gave him one I liked
Coliseum (Wii U) - Same as Marth/Roy
:ultrobin Gerudo Valley (3DS) - I really like Robin, and I really like Gerudo Valley
Magicant (3DS) - Since she's a bit inhuman, I figured I'd give her a stage that wasn't Earth-like
Skyworld (Brawl) - Seems straightforward
Reset Bomb Forest (3DS) - This was the last Kid Icarus option, and it is the darkest stage of the three, tonally
Palutena's Temple (Wii U) - Weird, right?
Wii Fit Studio (Wii U)
Boxing Ring (SSB4)
Flat Zone X (Wii U)
Duck Hunt (SSB4)
Wrecking Crew (Wii U) - It seems to fit his absurdity
Garden of Hope (Wii U) - I was going to give him Distant Planet, since it was first, but... I don't like it much.
Smashville (Brawl) - Original Animal Crossing stage

Moray Towers (Ultimate)
Find Mii (3DS) - I thought about giving them something else, but I forget what already. Possibly Wrecking Crew.

Windy Hill Zone (Wii U) - I don't like the dip in Green Hill Zone. Never have, never will.

- Mario Circuit (SSB4). Daisy's a spinoff character so she gets a spinoff stage.
- Mushroomy Kingdom (Brawl). Deserty and gloomy, fitting for an antagonist.
- Delfino Plaza. Debut game.
- Mushroom Kingdom 64. Lots of pipes.
- Mario Galaxy. See Bowser. Jr
- New Donk City Hall. Doctor Mario is an outfit in Oddessy.
- Jungle Japes. Default DK stage.
- Kongo Falls. The other DK stage.
- Pirate Ship. Gangplank Galleon substitute

- Yoshi's Island (Brawl). Default Yoshi Stage.

Now that the game is out, I'm gonna play each character on their respective stage.

Updated op to update, moved Mii Sword Fighter to PictoChat, Incineroar on Wuhu Island, would love a better suggestion for Ken. Maybe have Isabelle on Smashville and him Tortimer? I don't know enough about him aside his home stage is a harbour and he comes from a wealthy family
