Smash 3DS Are you going to spoil yourself on the Japanese 3DS release before the English one?

Just as the title says. Since Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS is coming out in Japan 20 day before it comes out in North America & Europe, finding out what the game will contain will be incredibly easy before you get your hands on a copy (and if you're going to go spoiler free, 20 days will a long and probably painful time to avoid). Do note I am not talking about English speakers who have a Japanese 3DS or will get one just to play the Japanese copy of the game but those who actually are patient.

So are you gonna spoil or not? For me, it's the following:

Things I Want to Get Spoiled On
- Characters
- Stages
- Items
- Assist Trophy characters
- Poké Ball Pokémon
- Does it have Circle Pad Pro Support
- Nonplayable characters (as in characters that have damage meters just like the playable characters)

Thing I Don't Want to Get Spoiled On
- Music (Game soundtracks are much more enjoyable if you're playing the game with it)
- Trophies
- Single Player Modes
- Customizable moves (I want it to be a surprise)
- The remaining Smash Run enemies

So how 'bout you?

I, like Reila, want to know everything. It's a fighting game, and spoilers shouldn't matter. However, it's also classed by many people as a party game, so I can understand them not wanting to "ruin the party".

At last the character roster will be shown, we'll see who speculated the most accurately, who the surprise roster members are, and so on. We'll know stages, and music, the Single-Player modes, and so on. It'll be wonderful, and I cannot wait nor contain my excitement.

Since Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U doesn't have a Story Mode, I don't care about anything that might be spoiled.

Not really, since you're finding it out by playing through the game and not through outside sources.

I really don't want to be spoiled, but I don't think I'll be able to stay away for that long. It's funny, the one thing that I don't want to be spoiled on is the very thing I don't think I will be able to stop looking up: the playable roster. Ideally, I want to just go with whatever is officially revealed on the website, but I don't know... I do know that I'll be getting involved with a show in a couple weeks, so maybe that will keep me busy and I can indeed stay spoiler-free.

Aside from the show I'm getting involved with, I'm also trying to get a day job and am playing through every Zelda game with the collector's guides. All futile attempts to tear me away from Hyrule Warriors and Smash spoilers.

For about the tenth time, yep, I'm spoiling every single thing I can find covered online. Smash is definitely about the destination for me, and the destination is the full roster and full stagelist without anticipation of remaining content.

My classes are starting up soon anyway, so it'll be minimal time on the internet for me anyway. As much as I want to claim that I want to maintain tradition (for me, anyway) for not spoiling myself, the only characters I ended up not knowing about before their unlocking were Captain Falcon and Jigglypuff in SSB64, Wolf, and Toon Link. I found Melee's official website a few months before I got the game (almost never got it), and I followed the Dojo religiously back in the day.

In other words, due to the "convenient" timing, I won't have much of a choice in terms of spoiling myself for the first time in a while. Don't know if that's good or bad.

Honestly, I'm more curious about how the preliminary tier list is going to look when I hop back on here once I grab my Smash 3DS XL Bundle.

Ever since we all know Japan will be the first region in the world to get the most awesome fighting game on the planet. So now I feel both excited of this game but a little bit worried that the hype will be gone( character hype enough said), I live in Taiwan so I can play the game during the Japanese launch, of course I don't know much Japanese so I might not know some things like the trophy description and many more.
