Are these bots allowed?

Ok so about once a day I keep seeing a thread get posted and it's just an advertisement for literally anything ad it's starting to get annoying. It's clearly a bot since the same of the account is the same of the product it's advertising, it's an account with only one post (the one it's advertising in), no profile pic and joined like 2 minutes ago.

Are these bots seriously allowed?

I know, right? They end up cluttering my inbox... so annoying.
