Are there any free .wmv to .mp4 converters to download?

On my local computer, the separated videos look amazing but once they get on youtube, they get blurry. Does youtube have a history of not being friendly with .wmv files?

Try uploading it again.

I know with any wmv files I have made they've gone through smooth sailing.

If it's ok with you, I could take a stab @ uploading it, tell you what happened, then take it down.

Well all the features that I use are free. For basic conversion, you wouldn't have to pay for anything.

Also, that still doesn't take away from the validity of my previous statement.

I don't know. Maybe the cost of having such a fast video renderer is just not so top tier quality. When I convert footage to .wmv with the ArcSoft converter, the quality is still amazing. I don't think it's youtube anymore. Pinnacle Studio 12 or whatever it's called trial download link please? I'm just not so shure what to use to split fast and render well.
