Arc Pit Videos

I saw somewhere that we can have our own video thread where we may post and update our Pit videos. I've finally started getting some videos recorded at the recent tournaments I've been going to so I'll start posting them here. I will be posting both matches that I win and lose. My goal for this is for personal improvement. So criticism, whether good and bad, is always welcome. I may be changing the layout at some point, but this will do for now. Here's what I have so far:

I just clicked the ally ones, i laughed with the sound change 8D so weird. and you look really accurate :3 hope i can be that accurate in atleast 6 months xD hahaha. Will watch other video's another time~

oh yeah i didn't see any up tilt at all in any of those =[ even though i only saw 1 moment where it really could have been used xD

edit2 - watched moar and really liked'em. not that entertaining to watch but i liked it still x3

You're a very good Pit. I kind of like how you arrow loop, because you only use it in the right situations. Also, you play the Olimar matchup exactly how it should be played, even if it is super campy. Overall, very good Pit, even though I have only watched a few of the videos.

The last of the videos from this weeks tourney should be uploading right now. I'll see if I can't find them. Thanks for the feedback. I especially need help with the R.O.B. matchup if people could give me some insight on those two videos. I lost two bucks because I didn't know it .

From watching the videos of you fighting Anther and Boxxy, it looks like you fall into traps a lot. For example, Anther was baiting you under the stage and stage-spiking/poking at your WoI. I saw Boxxy hit you out of your glide attack with nairs or just shielding them and then punishing you after you landed. Be aware of other options you can do in those situations, and make sure you're changing your strategy on-the-fly to something better.

Honestly the best advice I can give you is to go watch your videos, and then look for the little habits you have that get you punished. There's really nothing major for me to point out; you are a fairly accomplished Pit. You just have to be more aware of what gets you killed so you can do something else in the future.

Yeah. Pits need to be aware of how a good pika plays, which is why the videos with Anther are a good thing to have. You can see a huge difference in skill and playstyle between Anther and Moco's Pikachu.

And you're right sherman. Any video I have of myself I've watched and I know what I do wrong and know what I need to work on. Hopefully you'll see less mistakes in the next batch I get up, which will probably be after this weekend (Brawl Bootcamp 2 if I go.)
