Hey guys. We're still short about 10 setups for what we will need to run the event on time. The schedule has us completing two ~40 man brackets in 2 hours, twice. In order for this to be feasible we really need some more.

I'll bring my console and cartridge. If anyone has an extra crt tv we can combine that for a setup.

I'll also look into buying a small crt tv this week.

Bad news, I can only bring two or 3 tv's out of the 5 full setups that I had.

i wish i could contribute a setup but theres no way i can get a tv on the plane :( however i would be willing to donate enough money to buy like 1 or 2 TVs from goodwill if someone wanted to buy them

guys we gotta make something happen here, 20 setups just isnt gonna cut it. If we want a good tourney experiance we are gonna have to provide

We have to play 304 sets on Friday (correct me if that number is wrong). If we assume 15 minutes per set, we can roughly finish 4 sets on one TV in one hour. On 20 TVs, we can finish 80 sets in an hour. We have 6 hours to play on Friday meaning if everything went perfectly, we could finish 480 sets on Friday. Now, it's not going to be run perfectly, but 20 setups is fine.

Oh, then we have plenty of time to finish the pools

p.s. Its kind of a shame he isn't entered. He is a legitimate player who brings a different style to the competitive scene.
