I'm pretty disappointed that Sonic Boom was removed. A good song from one of the best entries in the Sonic franchise, and the only representation the game had in Brawl. I'd take it over Seven Rings in Hand any day.

The following BGM should've returned for the match results screen, since personally, it sounds better than the Smash 64 Character Select screen remix.

Also, I'm quite surprised that The Great Sea never returned to go with the Pirate Ship DLC stage.

More Baten Kaitos music would have been nice (e.g. Chaotic Dance). Also the gym battle themes from Black&White 1&2. Oh, and some of the boss tracks from DK Tropical Freeze. I know there's a song or two from that game but I don't think it's anything I'm particularly fond of.

Pretty pissed Sephiroth's Thene for FF, the Overpass Theme from Street Fighter IV, and the Rundas Battle Theme from Metroid Prine 3 never made it in. Those would of been epic battle songs. Also, a Rhythym Heaven compilation song would of been welcomed by me.

-A remix or something of Super Mario 3D World's World Bowser/World 8 would've been nice. It's my favorite track from that game <3333
-Dialga's Fight to the Finish! from Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky/Time/Darkness would have been perfect on the Kalos Elite 4 stage
-I would take Pokemon Black and White's Trainer Battle music over X and Y's any day of the week, any week of the month, etc. etc.
-Pokemon HeartGold/SoulSilver's Red/Lance battle should've been on Pokemon Stadium; it's just too good to leave out. ...They left it out anyways.
-Adventure's End from Mario and Luigi: Dream Team would've been soooooooooo much better than that horrendous remix of Try, Try Again.

Those are really it. I'm perfectly fine with the soundtrack as of now (other than the previously mentioned Try, Try Again remix ((seriously, why'd they make such a good battle theme so bad???))). These are just a few that are my personal favorites and it would've been super awesome if they had added them.

All I can think of at the moment would be Red/Blue Gym Leader Battle for the Pokemon stages. That always gets me in an energetic mood. Maybe a couple of songs from Puzzle League too since they're technically anime tunes (I know they're very few and far between, but do we have any representation in smash of Nintendo games that didn't make it to Japan?)

Also, I'd want the music from Temple to also apply to Hyrule Castle 64. I like the Zelda theme but it's weird having 4 versions of basically the same thing.
