Any PCS-PAC converters out there BESIDES lz77ex?

Sorry, but lz77ex won't work for me. It always says "Error opening file"

No. It doesn't work. I do that. The asterisks don't even show up. I don't close out of it. But it says...

"lz77ex.exe has encountered a problem and needs to shut down". It says it failed to open the file. Please, just link me a different converter.

Open file with SmashBox, use Save As.
