the brawl scene in ohio is completely dead as far as I'm aware.
I think there are some players in southern ohio, but NEOH is a really strong and super active melee community.

iirc, the Brawl community here has broken down. I know there are pockets here and there, but the advent of Smash 4 isn't going to do the community any favors.
