his moves were not horrible at all, in fact they are great(aside from d smash). people don't use him because he has a difficult learning curve and the fact the he has only 3 finishers; F smash,back throw, and bair. and I'll let simna take over from here

I don't like Ness either, he irritates me.

But now I hardly see why that is reason enough for him to be kicked out.

Oh and on a side note: I like him better than Sheik so bah.

Ness is one of my fav. characters, his moves are great if you know how to use them, like everyone else, they suck if you don't know how to control them

I never used Ness very well, I looked at him as a simple character since I never knew where he was from. But he should be in brawl. Hes an original, if anything just replace his model with that new one people wanted. But his moves are original and different than the others.. KEEP

Ness should stay because Earthbound is the best darn RPG ever.
That and Ness doesn't suck, just the people who can't play him correctly.

The point: Kirby, Pika, and Ness were all amazing in SSB64. All three were nerfed (some worse than others), and were hardly played in Melee.

There's no reason to remove any of them because this (or any other low tier Melee character). Low tiers will likely get fixed, and high tiers will likely get, um..."fixed" as well. (pulled the double entendre on ya there...)

The only logical reason he could be kicked out if he had lost his fanbase all of a sudden. IMO his moves were kind of boring, but that doesn't mean take him out, He honestly needs a new title to come to the America's though.

Honestly, I was never so fond of the Earth Bound series. However, his move set is completely unique from any other character. Who else has a f-smash that could redirect a projectile? Who else shoots them self in the butt as a recovery move? I'd go on, you've already given up without even defending yourself even once.
