Well, knowing my personality, I'm going to be doing another analysis of the trailer that is hopefully coming soon (either via Dojo or at the Nintendo event tomorrow at 3pm EST). So I figured I'll to a preliminary analysis of the trailer by starting with those 10 seconds we saw at the keynote.
The video I'm using is this: http://www.gametrailers.com/player/21541.html
00:35 - Probably Wario's taunt
00:36 - Fox firing the Cracker Launcher at Bowser and Link. The launcher looks to be firing bazooka-like balls that explode into fireworks. Fox is standing in the same position and changing the angle he is firing to hit Link. When Bowser is hit with the first blast, he barely moves, but the second sends him flying.
00:37 - Zelda apparently still has Din's Fire (her forward+B attack from SSBM).
00:39 - What people have identified as a Moblin (enemy from Twilight Princess) throwing a barrel/bomb onto the bridge. The Moblin is definitely part of the stage's built-in hazards. As colbusman has pointed out below, by watching a slowed-down version of the mini trailer, it was actually Kirby (being held up by Zelda) and Samus who were hit by the explosion.
00:41 - Fox doing his Firefox upwards. He still pauses in midair while he does it, although he seems to still fall, very slightly, as it is powering up. The graphics are definitely much nicer as he does a little spin while flying upwards.
00:42 - Firefox is hitting Bowser as it powers up. Samus is flying in the opposite direction, not sure if she was hit.
00:43a - Firefox appears much longer than it was in Melee. Maybe Fox can't jump as high with normal jumps to make up for this difference?
00:43b - Samus does a double back kick, likely her back A in the air, followed very closely by her forward A in the air from Melee. Notice that there is very little lag between her attacks. Remember Sakurai saying aerial combat is going to be better? This could be one of the improvements, or Samus' back A just doesn't have much recovery time to it.
00:45 - Video ends with Pikachu's Volt Tackle about to hit DK and Mario. Yes, DK was there, meaning in the full trailer he (and hopefully other obvious additions like Luigi or Yoshi) will probably be announced.
I'm glad I got that out of my system. Hopefully we'll get the full trailer (if there is one) soon!
EDIT: Here is an HD version of the video with more footage (although my times don't match this video's) = http://www.gametrailers.com/player/21594.html In it, Reggie says, "What you'll see, and what you'll hear this week..." So yes, there should be more to come. Also, check out how fast Giga Bowser moves (looks faster than normal), and how powerful the Volt Tackle is! Unfortunately, the clip loops, so it may not be part of a larger trailer!
