Damn, seems like I'll have to do another season of traveling to both sides of the state then.

So me and my friends talked about this the other day, most members of the UA smash league are from out of town and state, and we counted and there are maybe 5 of us left here in Tuscaloosa for the summer. Last summer we couldn't have been more dead and we're looking to change that this summer. If I can find a venue this summer, can I have a number on who might travel to make these tournaments an actual thing? I mean at the very least having 15 people per event. Thing is that if we have one that's a flop and no one shows up then they're probably gonna be cancelled. Please comment if you or a number of your friends may consider trying to come if they happen, appreciate it a lot guys
Definitely

All of Alabama should come to DGR, I know there were talks to redo the PM PR after the tournament , I don't see why the other games don't follow suit. A Smash 4 PR would do this state some good

Hello everyone! We're going to be doing a casual stream from Huntsville today! We've got the mewtwo hype fever!

You can tune in at http://hasl.tv! We'll have two Wii U's on stream simultaneously for DOUBLE the Smash action!

Also - don't forget HASLfest 7 this weekend! You can find all the details on that here! We've got another HASL button to add to your collection - anyone care to guess which character we're featuring this month?!

Hope HASL goes well without your friends to the southwest, but Tuscaloosa will make it to the next one.

Will Huntsville be making it out to Don't Get Rekt? Tuscaloosa may be making a surprise appearance.

so i think my frustrations with smash 4 stem from playing too much for glory
played against some actual decent people and it was actually fun and engaging :-P

Dropped hella money and fnally ordered the parts for the computer build I started 3 years ago. Is the assembly process difficult?

Hello, was just wondering what the average attendance is at Alabama events? Thanks.
Hi! Events in Huntsville get around 30-50 entrants per game. The next HASL tournament is May 23: https://www.facebook.com/events/1591263597779371/

If you're anywhere near Auburn, I'd very much recommend attending Don't Get Rekt 2 tomorrow. It may be the biggest tournament Alabama has had so far. https://www.facebook.com/events/600617693404988/

Look at the first post of this thread for more tournaments in and around Alabama: http://smashboards.com/threads/81996/

I would go if it wasn't such a long drive (5 hours away)

So Diddy Kang was Mia. If Ryker and the Mobile gang are stepping their game up then that is great. I just find irony in the North never gets to play South when the opportunity was there. Also not sure what kind of bad hand Will had to play Fatality but rip luck

Not really. During school semester it's normally on Wednesday. Now that it's summer time I think a lot of play is going to be sporadic and after May the charger Union closes on the weekend
