It's true, dair him like mad. Try dair -> side b at early %'s because of players' tendency to fail techs early on (especially if you tech chase dair). Then you get a free knee right there.

Remember, instant kill if you up throw to fsmash around 90-100%. Throw right away so they do not DI.

Also try dashdancing to stomps or raptor boosts, nub falcos like to pillar everywhere before thinking where they are, a quick in out dashdance to grab/stomp/raptor will mess up some peoples timing XD

CF has the sexiest DD in the game imo, use it like you'd use a gf. asmuchaspossible

Like what Rage said, use your shield.

If the Falco is agressive and starts coming at you doing SHL's, you can sometimes shield grab if they come within range (but try shield grabbing right after a SH, don't give him a chance for a nair or down tilt). Or you can stomp just as he passes under you. If the Falco is camping then it's basically your turn to be more agressive. Hop out of your shield towards him, and as you approach him try a dair or nair.

Since it's pretty easy to see an aerial attack coming from you, these two I think are the safest to use. If he shields dair, and your momentum is just right, you'll just end up behind him and safe from a grab. If he shields nair, you can easily space this move to keep yourself just out of grab range. But once he stops using lasers (when you're up close) start dishing out some down throws and tech chasing to more grabs/stomps/side+b's.

Yea but if you want to give yourself an easier time dealing with his SHL don't choose FD. I personally don't mind facing Falco on FD but it really does give him some upper hand.
