Ref and I are planning on entering a Tourney in a few days and i was hoping that the kind people on the Lucas forums will offer some advice.

Two quick things i noticed... 1) you should practice aiming your PKT2 at either the ledge or your opponent rather than aiming it up and getting punished... 2) i would never use lucas' usmash while your opponent is on the ground with you. it is simply too laggy. use it more situationally so as not to get punished for it.

as for your lucas, try not to roll to much, use nair rather than fair to rack up damage, fair to grounded enemies are bad idea

Don't pick Ness or Lucas against a good Marth or Gatch.

I think you need to work on your spacing a bit. Throw in a little SH PKF. Oh and G&W completely takes away your recovery/air game. Be carefull.

Other than that, you're ready to go.

yeah and be really careful with game and watch when you try to recover hell absorb your pk thunder so be careful with that

I can't choose any other character against Marth because Lucas is my only character... I'll be fine
