A new Mother fan sequel?

I know of alot of Mother 4's flying around on the internet, but this one gal from Starmen.net forums is making a Mother 5 as we speak. Boy, I'd imagine all that pressure of just putting up one single game together. A simple question I'll ask. Yay or Nay, guys?

It's obvious. I mean since he said he's not making a Mother 4 after Mother 3, fans got upset and disappointed, thus beginning creating their own versions of the Mother series. Fan sequels such as Mother 4/ Mother 5, make whatever you want but know the consequences. But isn't it obvious that the Okano Region is a repeat of Nowhere Islands or not? Mother 5 has a tie-in with Mother 3 and that what's baffled me. The main characters are different, but the main protanagist, Will, his personality is way different than Ness and Lucas.

At first, I was completely against the idea, but after I read an interview hearing that Shigesato Itoi saying he's too exhausted to make another game at the moment, and that he'd be more then willing to let anyone willing to make another Mother game to go ahead and do so, while adding "I'd like to be the player for a change."

So yeah, I look forward to it.

I'm not lying about this, OmegaKoopa, there is a Mother 5 in progress as we speak. I guess this girl from the Starmen.net just don't want to be part of the Mother 4 crowd, she really wanted her own fan sequel. Mother 5...it's not a bad idea, but she needs to have a connection to Mother 4 just to be able to make it possible or it'll never make sense. Speculation? There is a chance that some speculation is going around, but it's attracting people's attention on the Starmen.net forums and a bit here on Smashboards. To that question, it's a yes due to Mother 5 is indeed a incomplete sequel that is progressing.
