In case you don't know, a Haiku is a Japanese poem.

Battle In Autumn

Dojo in autumn
Leaves blow to and fro
Sparring a ninja

Actually, that's not a haiku

Haiku goes 5-7-5 in terms of syllables while yours is 5-5-5.

wow. what a nice guy. i mean, it's not as if he said it was the most amazing haiku ever. perhaps you could be a bit more constructive with your feedback. as for the poem, once you correct the syllable count in the second line (as someone already noted), i think you are good to go.
