Hello all, this is Starturds here, and I'm writing this up to have an informative post for the deatails on this year's April Fool's joke.

So as we all know, Major League Gaming closed SWF done today to "update the site infrastucture". So here's that first.

Q: Why the **** was Smashboards shut down today?

A: So that the man(men? Woman? Women?) could have time to set up the joke.

They didn't shut down the site last year to do everything they did, so I'm pretty sure that wasn't it. And they changed name colors 10 times or so.

Anyways, I don't think this was to set up the joke. Like someone said, they didn't do it last year and it was even better then.

And the maintenance was scheduled for yesterday. And I guess something actually did happen (servers got moved or something). I'm pretty sure it wasn't part of the joke.

Hmmm. Well then. I really can't think of any reason why they would close it down then. I hadn't joined in time for AF last year.
