You DI'd to recover to the stage and it was quite an extreme shift. I don't understand why you skidded the ground and died....
Anyway, what the second post stated, but this could've been posted in the Brawl Video section of the forums.
Edit: Yes, you SDI'd after the Dair. Yes, there was a Green impact ring. Yes, it can be teched.

You DI'd hard left at such a precise angle that you didn't hit the ground normally, you just kept the momentum from the spike alive and going. But, that momentum went across the stage instead of straight down.
This isn't a bad thread, but the question's been answered and it's kinda pointless to keep open, just so it can get randomly bumped.
