20XX allows custom shield colours

Is it possible to save the colour you choose so you won’t have to set it up every time? (like with names)

and if yes, how many colours can you save max?

Normally it would save any changes that you make inside of the 20XX settings, so it's strange that it doesn't save your custom shield color. Could be because of Dolphin, but I assume it would also save your settings on actual Wii hardware. Technically it can save four custom shield colors, but one color is tied to each player. You can access the custom shield colors in the 20XX settings from General Codes -> Custom Shield Colors, but just tick the first option you see for each section so that the color can be applied.

It uses the RGB value so your best bet would be to look at an RGB color picker which Google neatly provides to find the custom colors you want.
