Anywhere from Q3 2014-Q2 2015, with Q4 2014 being the most likely.
Smash is being developed on two contents and both are going to provide a significantly different experience (already, we know that the 3DS version will be focused on single-player while the Wii-U version is more multi-player focused). Not to mention contents is probably going to be much bigger than the last game, graphics will be better on the Wii-U and 2014 marks the 125th anniversary of Nintendo (and the 15th anniversary of Smash). Sakurai will make the best game he can and I don't think this will be done in a shorter time span than Brawl.
