Events Itenerary:
You should be here about 11 am to 12 pm (The "*" means whenever you're coming)
Chris (D4DY) said something about starting at 2 pm, but I don't know if that's too late or what so ever.
1:00 - 2:00 pm Registration Time
Whenever you comeFriendlies/Warm Ups/ Registering (a good three hours to early comers!)
2:00 am - 3:30 Doubles
3:30 pm - Until whenever Singles
Post Single pm – Crews
Post Crews – Random Event / Friendlies/ MM/ Request Matches
Leave whenever you have to go. Don’t stay the whole freaking night…

General Rules: (Credit to Plaink who I stole this from)
~4 stock
~2/3 sets
~3/5 finals
~8 minute time limit
~Items off
~Ties broken by lives, then %
~First stage agreed upon or random
~Dave’s Stupid Rule (DSR): No stage may be used twice in a single set if the counter-picking player has already won on that stage.
~Double Blind character pick can be called at anytime.
~Stage Knock Out: Each person may choose one stage to be disabled for the entire set, it must be chosen at the beginning of the set, after initial characters are chosen.
~Advanced Slob Picks: Loser may choose the next stage or select to go random. The winner may then change their character, followed by the loser.
~Bring your own controller
~Controller Mods, Glitches (IC Freeze Glitch, Mewtwo Soul Stunner, etc), and tactics used to stall a match (wall-bombing, rising pound), are banned.
~Team Attack will be ON
~Life stealing allowed

Wobbling is banned if it is used for stalling or any other stalling tactics.

~ Singles Stages on random - Final Destination, Dream Land 64, Fountain of Dreams, Battlefield, Yoshi’s Story, Pokemon Stadium.
~ Singles Stages Banned - Hyrule Temple, Yoshi 64, Fourside, Icicle Mountain, Flatzone, Venom, Brinstar Depths, Big Blue, Great Bay, Onett, Princess Peach's Castle, Great Bay, Yoshi's Island, Mushroom Kingdom 1/2

~ Doubles Stages on random - Final Destination, Dream Land 64, Kongo Jungle 64 (name?), Battlefield, Yoshi’s Story, Pokemon Stadium.

maybe this is just me but i dont think there is a reason to ban wobbling like not many ppl play IC's and like for those that do and can wobbling its no there fault there doing it to you its more like your fault for getting caught in it lol and i think if you ban that you have to bann other infinites

How about banning Wobbling that is meant for stalling purposes? Or just banning any stalling techniques like Shino Stall, Rising Pounds, and Peach Bomber etc.

Wobbling is fine, but if it's abused for like 8 minutes, noooo, lol.

Shino stall is alright, but not overly done, just like the rising pound.

Basically for mindgames versus actually stalling.

Andre can't wobble (yet?) so I'm not really tripping about wobbling. But there's a lot of characters where if you get grabbed you die. Falcon, Fox, Sheik are just grab-combo machines. But I guess it's totally different.

I don't know, I'm just babbling.

So you're right, because you have an awesome Falcom helmet!!!!

It's fine as long as it isn't used for stalling. I mean an IC can wobble their opponent until like 100 and use Nana to Down Smash, but if they're 2 stocks down with a really high damage, they can't use it to wait for the time to run out.

And whaaa? Andre can't wobble yet? Even I can wobble and I only play ICs when I'm bored.

Basically, Fresno is at it's climax of competetive smashing. I was playing for a long time along with a few Fresno smashers, but so many people are coming out of this city and ****** me. I guess you'll have some pretty entertaining MM. You might get some good $ too .
