Feel free to share your best times for Multi-Man Smash's 100-Man Smash mode here.

So far, my best time is 2:17.95 with Rosalina. She's currently the only fighter that I can get under 3 minutes with.

I've currently only gotten under 3 min with Captain Falcon (although I've not tried much with anyone else). Would love to hear about some possible sub-2 minute times/strategies. Certainly it has always seemed that some characters are better equipped for 100 man Smash than others.

I don't think sub 2 minutes is possible because of the spawn rate.

I did 3 minutes with Sheik. Strangely, her ftilt kills.

Currently trying to clear 100-man smash too, it's been more fun than I imagined I must say

Currently my best times are :
1:57:23 with lucina (everything she has basically kills ^^)
1:57:50 with yoshi
2:03:46 with toon link
2:10:86 with rosalina
2:19:73 with pikachu

Very strange things though : I wonder why I have the exact same GSP (1152101) on all of these scores, despite them being 20s apart. How is it calculated? Is it averaged across characters? :-/

GSP is the number of players you surpassed, playing that character, playing that mode. It has to be approximated to some extent. All your scores are probably approximated to tied for first, because those are some really fast times. Virtually everyone took 2:20 or longer with pikachu, virtually everyone took 2:00 or longer with Lucina.

It sounds like GSP is regionally segregated, though, which is disappointing. My GSPs are 1.4 million or so when i just get a decent, adequate score on a minigame, but I guess there's only 1.15 million players in the European region.

You mean that... I have the European record?
I find it hard to believe ... I guess nobody really took time to get good score in Europe...

I feel proud now :p

I'll post all my times when I come back from work, but I still haven't finished with all characters.

Either that or your GSP is only based on your best time overall? Regardless, anything under 2 minutes is outstanding.

mmm I thought about that, but all my times around 2:50 or over 3 minutes do not have the same GSP. That is only for the ones below the 2:30ish mark

It's a shame that they are regionally segregated... But I was thinking that 1 million was not a lot considering the sales worldwide

I'm fairly sure that I got below 3 on all but a few mistake characters on my first runs through everything to complete the challenge. I probably averaged 2:25-2:55 for most characters, although a few were naturally faster. Then I played through a bunch of them again to get my Total High Score below 2 hours (went from 2:14:xx.xx to 1:59:55.88).

The characters that I have below 2 minutes are:
Donkey Kong 1:46.15 (first try)
Ness 1:48.10
Diddy Kong 1:59.53
Marth 1:59.61
And shoutout to Pikachu 2:00.11

Most of the characters who I put effort into, I was able to get below 2:30. But there are a bunch of them who seem to be bad at Multi-Man Smash and lack good kill moves/setups, and I have no desire to improve my total for this mode any more.

The best score that I've seen anywhere is 1:28.75 with Link by Ryuto138: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1orwcy926sU

Very exciting mode, but a bit frustrating : is the spawn order random or did you manage to find a way to predict it yet?
When the miis spawn across the stage, it takes some time to get to them...

Not really. Based on what I learned from the pro players at 10-Man Smash (which also applies here):

The initial 4 spawn points are all random when you load the match. However, if you pause and reset, they stay the same. So you can pause and quit the mode and then restart it to get a different initial 4 (which is more useful in 10MS than 100MS for obvious reasons...).

The spawn points after the initial 4 are all random. Now you can see why this mode would be a nightmare to try to take seriously; your score would all come down to how many Miis spawned on top of your attacks. While in 10MS you can easily reset if you don't get a second batch close to where you're standing, there are just too many Miis to realistically do that in 100MS. And no, I don't know of any way to exploit the AI of the wandering Miis that manage to get away from you.

My best is 2:13.40 with DK. All I did was spam down B and I did better than when I actually try with everyone else.

Mines is 2:20:35 with Rosalina. There's really no point in doing that **** with every character in the game since there isn't a challenge corresponding to 100-Man Smash.
