IMO None of those are series are really in desperate need of any new installments soon, like a lot of people say (mostly sonic fans, as this meme suggests)

I think the reason so many Sonic fans are impatient is because we're just uncertain. The last time Sega said they would take more time to produce quality titles, "Quality over quantity", etc...we got Forces. So yeah, there's understandably a lot of tension within the Sonic fanbase.
