Probably hoes being mad?

I mean, "Hoes Mad" only works on the people who are raging too much and harassing others for not having a problem with a Fire Emblem character. So really nothing has changed.

People also did it with Dragon Quest when Hero was revealed sooooo... yeah.

Then again, that crowd was quickly shut up when Banjo was revealed shortly after.

Yeah, NinN will continue to draw the memes as normal between lower-key character announcements.

I just wish that I don't accidentally get spoiled on the next character so that I can be properly surprised.

Started with DQ fans being harassed with people dismissing Erdrick (Hero) by talking **** about him, then they retaliated with this meme. In hindsight it was obviously Hero since there was too many things pointing at him, but the meme already ran its course and it's pure cringe.

IDK why people want surprises since that's just a temporary thing, rather know things in advance to just prepare for the worst. Shoutout to Vergeben on that.

Because it's duller if you already know what's next (the latest Samurai Shodown batch has me largely uninterested except for Iroha, for that reason among other ones). Besides, you can't ever exactly be prepared when not every detail is taken into account by leaks (e.g. no one really knew which Hero was the base one, or which would be his alts). So a character comes, what look do they have, how do they play like, you don't get any of that conveyed from a text leak.

Also, every leaker in the universe guessed/leaked Hero anyway, so I don't think V's cred holds up much these days, seeing how he suddenly backed up BK shortly before reveal. Finally, "Day One Ender Dragon boss DLC".

I'd rather get healthy discussion from not knowing the unknown than "well, the characters are there, that's that, time to wait until they're out and DLC ends, I guess".
