    Don't put words in my mouth, Rool. Calling your set a joke and saying I was going to assume that every move had two second lag were the only jokes. And I'm frustrated with being the only competitive player? Uh, I have competitive playing friends to talk about competitive things with - this includes Warlord. It's not nitpicky at all, actually - you have effectively created a character that can literally not be used due to how much lag most of his key attacks have!

    On a note not worth bringing up in the thread, don't worry too much about Ocon's balance qualms. Half of what he says is, by his own admission, meant as a joke. The other half is the kind of theoretical nitpicking that only comes from the frustration of being the only competitive player in MYM. I'm still super voting Sukapon, for the moment. :cool:

    I kinda cheated on this one and kept his original background. Getting the sprite out of there would not only be tricky, it would make him look awkward. I think this looks pretty good, really.

    This one was pretty straightforward and it's just a shame you can't see more of the background, which I think is one of my best.

    I tried to avoid cutting out the nice fancy border here by moving the letters up but I don't think it worked out. All the same, I might as well give you the choice between the two here.

    I'm very proud of myself for actually following through and getting these all done so quickly. :bee:

    Why would anyone want to make Urban Champion a moveset? A generic, well, man from (and I quote) "the worst game Nintendo has ever made"?

    Excellent. I'm trying to get them all done right now, actually, so you can expect them pretty soon. Takamaru's done already. ;)

    Back when I made Grim Reaper in MYM 3.0, I used his original sprite (because... he has no updated one :'( ), and his icon felt really weird.

    And that was an incredibly quick reply. :laugh:

    Hey, Wiz, I'm looking through the pics you provided and wondering whether you're okay with me using slightly updated art for the icons. I mean, I could use a 2D gif of Eggplant Wizard, but I'd rather use this. Not only is it way easier to work with, I think it'd look better.

    And I'm far from being an artist myself. It never ceases to bewilder me that I'm considered one of the most artistically inclined MYMers; I'm more of a word person, myself.

    Well, I'd say yes, of course... but I wouldn't hold your breath. I owe Warlord another six, TWIL two, and still haven't even found the time to make myself one for Kangaskhan.

    Then again, there aren't many people both willing and able to do it since Kibble and Spade left, so I'll do my best. It's the least I can do for making you wait an eon for that (still incomplete) Takamaru review.
