Diddy Kong
The Wii version did. That's all I know. Only after you completed the game however.

No, as far as I can tell the Wii version of DKCR does not have a Diddy Kong mode (outside of playing co-op and killing DK while having zero lives remaining, so he doesn't respawn and you can play as Diddy alone.)
Completing the postgame world in any version of DKCR unlocks Mirror Mode, in which Diddy doesn't appear at all. You might be confusing it with Tropical Freeze's unlockable Hard Mode, which does let you play as Diddy, Dixie, and Cranky as Player 1.
