I personally think Ryu should also be a higher priority than Mega Man for a NAS roster, given how big a deal SF2 was to the SNES' marketing.

Fair enough, but I feel like Mega Man's a lot more synonymous with Nintendo in the public consciousness. You'd have to nod to SF somehow regardless, though.
