Sounds like a cool character! Aremi rolls off the tongue better imo.

I think it depends how it's pronounced... but I feel like Aremi feels better to say.

I was going to have a plaugue doctor motif, since I thought those were cool, the dark magic motif was why I originally wanted her Up Special to be like PK Thunder, since my orignal idea was that she summoned a guidable shadow that allowed her to warp to nearby ground

That sounds cool! Though... one idea that I think could be fun is having that, but similar to Pac-Man's side special - the shadow moves in the direction you move your control stick and can be cancelled with the special button, while Aremi hovers in the air. Then, when released, Aremi is enveloped in shadow and flies along the shadowy path. Something like a combination of Lucario's Smash recovery and Black Mage's recovery in Super Smash Flash 2?
