I hope it is just because they are early in development but to me the new Shinobi is the only one that looks close to finished.

I thought parts of the new JSR looked good, but something is off that I can't place my finger on. Why does Bomb Rush Cyberfunk look more like Jet Set Radio than Jet Set Radio?
