Depends on how much Japan knows Bubsy, but I would definitely say he has his place in gaming history, so to speak. But also an Atari 2600 era representative would be absolutely great and very necessary, IMO.

AFAIK only one Bubsy game was released in Japan (CEOTFK), where it sold very poorly and is now considered a collector's item of sorts, which makes sense since a lot of the franchise's influences (Looney Tunes, Rocky & Bullwinkle, and even Japanese-made Sonic) don't have particularly large footprints there to my knowledge.
