While, I am not a huge fan of MS buying Activision Blizzard, I am also not of fan of Activision Blizzard's policies and working culture despite being a fan of many Blizzard's IPs like Warcraft, Starcraft, Diablo, and Overwatch, If this buyout means that working conditions become more progressive with harassment being dealt with; then this is a good thing. Plus, unless you are mistaken, acquired studios will be available on cross platforms. There have been some info that certain titles will be exclusive to Xbox but movers and shakers in the industry have stated this won't be the norm. Crash won't be an Xbox exclusive character.
