Personally as a Falco main who used to play Sheik, I think that the matchup is really balanced. Falco can win neutral and combo Sheik like a monster, but Sheik can really easily punish him and destroy him when it comes to edgeguarding.

I guess I mean that I love his edgeguard style

I really like PPMD's style of play. I've been trying to somewhat emulate it ever since I switched to falco from sheik because I love edgeguards and early cheesy stocks.

I know that each of them play somewhat differently, but I want to know more specific details. I know about how Westballz is very combo based and technical, PPMD uses lots of edgeguards, and Mango uses lots of reads, but I would like to know more details.

Why does it suck???

It's approaching them while they're shielding.

Typically when I'm approaching someone who's shielding I'll just laser my way to them and then go for some sort of shine pressure. Recently I've tried out lasering to them and then f-tilting diagonally down so that I can shield poke them from a safe distance so I don't get hit by Oos options...
