sorry, was just reading ur convo. Umm yeah actually, I haven't really done much research into this technique myself, pretty soon after i found it, I realised that it's not actually that useful for jiggs whatsoever compared to other things she can do against lasers :/
Shiek is pretty thin in her shield and has a lot of space to her sides so she is indeed probably just better off normal powershielding .

That link didn't work but i'm not surprised that this had been found before. I only decided to investigate cos i saw some kirby do it (accidentally?) in a 2005 vid and it's realatively simple so i did make clear in my post that it's probably been found before but i'm just 'bringing it to light' to cover my tracks lol
