1->2->5 seems about right. Curse whoever posted that fake character (forget who, but I remember he kind of looked like an egg) screenshot!. I would have taken anything that contradicted the 35 character roster =).

Well it's better than nothing. A lot of people doubted him being in the game at all. Isaac for the next Smash Bros ;).

ZA WARUDO. Pretty cool FS, it's a shame that Luigi's only controllable for a short time while it's active but it still looks very useful.

Marth's seems a bit broken.

I just figured he was unlocked via SSE. As long as it's not a time based thing (Mewtwo) it's fine, i'd like to play Sonic asap.

To be fair, Sakurai said 1-2 more after Snake. People just jumped on the highest amount.

Confirmed message and all star mode are all the proof I need. Might as well face it, downloadable characters are the best we can hope for but don't count on it.

Masked man's from mother 3 which is a Japan only game. Yeah he's not as mourned as the other characters, I just snuck that one in because I really wanted him ;). Though I just found out that "Masked man" unmasked is confirmed as an alt costume for someone (better than nothing). and haha...

Ridley, Krystal, Megaman, Geno, Isaac, K.Rool and Masked Man would have done the trick. Yes there are a lot of other wanted characters but these seem to be the ones people are the most upset over. Saying that, I actually like the roster regardless of a few missing favourites.

I like it. It looks pretty cool, seems like a one hit KO and the life bar is a nice touch.

I don't mind either way. 1vs1 is more fair and better or techs but free for all (with items) is pretty **** fun.
