What reasons would those be? Because she's SEXY AND AWESOME? That's why I main Tao. And why I WAS gonna second Rachel, but I find other characters more fun than her. Like Nu. :3

Sometimes you don't hit with it and just cancel it before it hits though. So it makes sense to point it out.

No. You just have to time a j.2d~b>taunt REALLY REALLY well. Translated to english, that means

"Jump, down D, hit them with it, and cancel it with B. Then taunt."

It's a pain in the *** and hard as hell to land. ):

Ok. So now all you do is download the file, rename it FitWhatevercharacterthePSAisfor.pac, then drop it in their folder. So if you wanted to get PSA Roy, then you would download the file, rename it FitMarth.pac, and put it where you put Marth textures. But, the .pac file doesn't contain the texture, only the move, etc changes. So you'd also wanna get a Roy texture for Marth.
