    Is it compressed? If it is, then it will freeze. At the right side window, it should say Compression: None.

    How do you have them all there? As one .pac or multiple files of the same character. It needs to be on a BRRES and cannot be compressed.

    The RSP (Results Screen Portraits). They are the MenSelChrFaceB.xxx.pac from menu/common/char_bus_tex folder. You need to check if you added his portraits in there.

    Yeah the CSS.bx works the same principle. Use the hex ID you gave to the characters and add them in the CSS. Be sure to always include 29 (Random) after every new addition.
