    Well for starters. PMCC at Vektor (now Riot). Riki actually works there. Or at Discord in a group chat called PMCC-Isaac Completion. He is still currently working on the patches because he is merging a collection of Isaacs from Owen, DestiniHiro and Purpa. Not only that, he is balancing it. So it will take time. Plus he is the only one who is balancing it on his own.
