Fsmash is also good for killing him since it's kind of hard for bowser to DI out of the first hit

try to space Zair, and focus on getting out of his grab range.
once you are out to can try camping again.
if he continues to get up close try mixing your bombs into your close range game, you can really screw with all of his moves that way and focus and quick attacks to rack up damage... save upsmash for killing
