Same problem as above. I've changed the sc_selcharacter.pac and the common5 and I'm not getting any different CSPs. I'm using the console version of the netplay builder.

I'm using the console builder that came packaged with the Netplay Build of 3.6. I attempted to change them in the "sc_selcharacter_en.pac" but they didn't show up in game. I thought maybe something was different with the console version so I replaced the images in the "common5.pac." They still...

I was hoping there'd be a fullset ISO builder, but if you say it's impossible then we through boys.

What USB loader are you using?

Yeah one time an SD card got stuck in there so I forced it out. SD Card port no work now. Instead I just make the iso. I want the console version with the ASL but it hasn't been released yet.

Honestly enough Gatling Combo is the easiest 31% you can get at the start of the match on practically any character. Also I used to only be able to DACUS about 70% of the time, but now it just smoothly comes out every time. I haven't really been practicing it, but I guess my fingers just found...

I could see GnW recieving a small nerf. I wish they would change him slightly so that others view him as an "actual" character. But even if they don't, just bounce their ass and move up.

Add either Norfair or Distant Planet. Too many close blastzones stages. Or increase the stagelist? Either way some character do well on larger stages with more room, so we need accomodations for some of the cast.

Yeah having a full bucket can kinda suck sometimes. If you forget that you have it, then you can't use it to stall in the air without wasting the entire filling. Oh well. At least the bucket has a slight downside. It's advantages are really great though. It covers so much space, and it can't be...
